At Chi Aesthetics we appreciate your business and hope you have a pleasant experience.

We do not  offer any returns on gift cards or pre-paid services, products purchased in office can be returned as long as they are unused and in its original packaging. 

We do not offer refunds on services that have already been started. We also understand that things may change when it comes to your spa or procedure needs. In this case, we can credit your account if you would like to change the service you originally purchased to one that better suits your needs at this moment.
